Deputy Cluster Head Collections

• To assist the cluster head collection in managing and improving the collection process within a specific geographic area or group of customers

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day field operations for the collection team, including ensuring adequate manpower presence and timely collection of dues from customers.
• Contributing to the improvement of the credit portfolio in the cluster by enhancing collection efforts.
• Building, coaching, and mentoring the collection team, which includes field executives and other relevant personnel.
• Providing regular training and performance incentives to field executives to motivate and improve their performance.
• Collecting and analyzing data related to collections, performance metrics, and other relevant information to identify areas for improvement and track progress.
• Maintaining effective communication and coordination with the cluster head, other managers, and relevant stakeholders.
