Deputy Cluster Head 8 to 10 years exp (Banking, Telecom or Insurance)

Role Overview & Key Requirements

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee regional operations across Pune, Western Maharashtra, Thane, Navi Mumbai, and Kalyan, managing 50+ franchises and a direct team of 4+ members.

• Industry Background: Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience across Banking, Insurance, or Telecom (a combination of these sectors is highly preferred).
• Core Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in franchise/dealer appointment and management.
  • At least 4+ years of team handling experience.
  • Strong expertise in franchisee/people management and presentation skills.
  • Multi-language proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Candidates should not have frequent job changes and must not be entirely from the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Appoint new franchisees and drive child/student registrations.
• Manage and retain existing business accounts and children enrolled.
• Lead, mentor, and manage regional teams to improve overall state profitability.
• Travel extensively across designated regional territories.
