This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mulshi for a Deputy Chief Wellness Advisor. The role involves leading and managing wellness programs, coordinating wellness plans, and working closely with clients to ensure personalized health and lifestyle solutions. The Deputy Chief Wellness Advisor will oversee wellness teams, contribute to program development, provide guidance on holistic health practices, and ensure an exceptional client wellness experience. Collaboration with medical staff and other wellness practitioners is integral to the role.

• Strong leadership and management skills to oversee wellness teams and coordinate staff

• Familiarity with various wellness techniques and therapies, and a commitment to continuous learning in wellness innovations
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in wellness, healthcare, fitness, or a related field
• Experience in luxury wellness or healthcare environments is a plus
