Deputy Chief Finance Officer

We are hiring for Deputy Chief Financial Officer (Deputy CFO) for Hyderabad location

Experience Required: 10+ years in Finance & Accounting

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Deputy CFO to support the CFO in overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, and risk management. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in corporate finance and leadership, with a proven ability to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the CFO in developing and executing financial strategy.
• Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes.
• Overseeing month-end and year-end closings, while effectively coordinating with statutory authorities, internal teams, and external auditors to ensure compliance and timely reporting
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Support treasury, tax, and audit functions.
• Lead and mentor finance teams to improve productivity and accuracy.
• Partner with business units to optimize financial performance and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• CA, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial systems and ERP platforms.
