  • Enterprise P&L Oversight & Strategic Stewardship: Provide high-level oversight of the organization's financial and operational performance, supporting the CEO in driving sustainable growth. Leverage deep business acumen to optimize profitability across clinics, product channels, and service lines.


  • Strategic Planning & Execution Leadership: Lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and transformation programs, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission, growth targets, and stakeholder expectations. Translate vision into actionable plans with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.


  • Integrated Business Model Development: Champion integration between clinical services and product offerings to create a unified, scalable business model-streamlining logistics, inventory, customer experience, and commercial operations for holistic value delivery.


  • Executive Team Leadership & Organizational Alignment: Guide and align senior functional leaders across operations, supply chain, customer experience, and facilities. Foster a high-performance culture and cross-functional synergy in support of long-term business objectives.


  • Data-Driven Performance & Financial Management: Oversee development and use of strategic KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to monitor financial health, operational efficiency, and business intelligence-driving timely decision-making and continuous improvement.


  • Growth Strategy & Market Expansion: Co-lead expansion strategy through owned and franchised models, ensuring alignment with market potential, compliance standards, and organizational capabilities for efficient scaling.


  • Regulatory Excellence & Clinical Governance: Ensure high standards of regulatory compliance, clinical safety, and operational governance across the enterprise, championing quality frameworks that align with healthcare best practices.


  • Strategic Alliances & Ecosystem Partnerships: Cultivate and manage high-impact partnerships across healthcare, manufacturing, and distribution ecosystems to drive innovation, operational resilience, and market differentiation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10+ years in senior operational roles within integrated product-service or consumer wellness sectors.
  • Prior experience managing P&Ls, designing operational strategy, and meeting growth targets.
  • Track record in scaling and optimizing clinic or service business hubs, ideally with product integration.
  • Prior experience in Product, Ayurveda, Wellness or Service-led operating models will be welcome
  • Strong execution orientation with demonstrable outcomes-from setting up clinics to managing multi-channel logistics.
  • Excellent leadership skills-competence in fostering collaboration, driving accountability, and building high-performing teams.
  • Analytical prowess and adeptness with operations metrics, dashboards, and performance tracking.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks, GMP guidelines, or wellness service compliance.
  • Exceptional communication-adept at interfacing with executive leadership, board members, external stakeholders, and frontline teams.
