DEPUTY - CDP

This role is crucial for supporting the CDP (Chef de Partie) in their daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the CDP in managing daily tasks and overseeing kitchen operations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to food production, inventory, and other operational aspects.

• Provide support to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions.
