Brand Standardization: Execute brand standardization initiatives for Narayana Hospitals and other verticals.
Creative Development:
Create compelling content (written, visual) that resonates with the target audience and amplifies the brand message.
Manage and oversee brand assets, ensuring consistent brand identity across all marketing materials.
Work closely with design and content teams to develop compelling and consistent brand materials.
Campaign Management:
Develop group-level campaigns aimed at increasing Brand Awareness (Top-of-Mind & Unaided) and Consideration.
Coordinate and manage units marketing initiatives to ensure consistent brand messaging and enhance overall brand awareness and consideration.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal/cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Monitoring:
Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of corporate and unit marketing initiatives and the execution of marketing campaigns and events.
Liaise with internal finance and purchase teams to ensure timely approvals and payments.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Education: Graduation/Post Graduation in Marketing & Communication.
Experience: 6-10 years of experience.
Communication: Excellent written communication skills.
Campaign Expertise: Experience in campaign designing, planning, and execution.
Agency Collaboration: Worked closely with advertising/design and media buying agencies
