Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Standardization: Execute brand standardization initiatives for Narayana Hospitals and other verticals.
  • Creative Development:
  • Create compelling content (written, visual) that resonates with the target audience and amplifies the brand message.
  • Manage and oversee brand assets, ensuring consistent brand identity across all marketing materials.
  • Work closely with design and content teams to develop compelling and consistent brand materials.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Develop group-level campaigns aimed at increasing Brand Awareness (Top-of-Mind & Unaided) and Consideration.
  • Coordinate and manage units marketing initiatives to ensure consistent brand messaging and enhance overall brand awareness and consideration.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal/cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Monitoring:
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of corporate and unit marketing initiatives and the execution of marketing campaigns and events.
  • Liaise with internal finance and purchase teams to ensure timely approvals and payments.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Education: Graduation/Post Graduation in Marketing & Communication.
  • Experience: 6-10 years of experience.
  • Communication: Excellent written communication skills.
  • Campaign Expertise: Experience in campaign designing, planning, and execution.
  • Agency Collaboration: Worked closely with advertising/design and media buying agencies
