We are hiring Deputy Manager - Sales
Role & responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring the achievement of all sales and revenue targets for the branch.
- Hire / Train and motivate the sales teams for archiving budgets.
- Formulating and implementation of sales and service strategies.
- unique promotions and marketing initiatives.
- Achieve the sales targets set for the branch.
- Ability in sales planning and understanding of the risk side of the business
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 1+Years experience in sales
- Products handled Lap, Mortgages loans, Secured business loan.
