Position: Deputy/Assistant General Manager - Finance & Operations

Purpose of Position (Why the position exists):
The Deputy/Assistant General Manager is responsible for the financial well-being of the organization, develop strategies and plans for the organization's long-term financial objectives, produce financial reports, and direct investment activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review, monitoring, and managing Finance Budgets.
- Collecting, interpreting, reviewing financial information, Predicting future financial trends.
- Holding Finance Strategy discussions.
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.
- P&L and Cash Flow Projections. Funds planning both for working capital and for expansion needs.
- Assets Valuation.
- Liaising with Banks.
- Fund raising assistance i.e., participate in investor meetings, term sheet negotiation etc.
- Deployment of funds as per budgets.
- Monitoring company expenses and evaluating cost-reduction opportunities.
- Monitor and Manage Costing & Pricing, and review sales meetings.
- Advising on taxation matters.
- Booking forward contracts / spot contracts for international remittances.
- Handling Statutory Compliances GST / TDS / PF / ESIC, Other business and factory-related compliances.
- MIS monitoring and analysis.
- Supervising Accounts Team.
- Accounting and reconciliation for Coffeeza group - ERP accounting skills.
- International sub co accounting - CONSOL
