Duties And Responsibilities
Aiding the company in tracking of Customers by enriching data leading to increased contractability with the customer-Accountable for NPL and Collection Systems configuration-Exploring data that are a part of internal organization but is not being used for Search engine-Identification of external Resources and Vendors for data enrichment
Required Qualifications And Experience
- QualificationsGraduate and preferably master's in Statistics/ Computersb)Work Experience
- Minimum Two years of proven experience in data analytics/ data Engineering roles with Banks or other financial organization
- Deliver on Collection Analytics - Machine Learning as a practice and capability - Work with large structured and transactional data to build a robust collection analytics framework across products and across collection life cycle from Current Bucket to write off stage
- Develop Well-Defined Strategies for Collections of Delinquent Loans - Segmentation, prioritization and effective channel strategy, Forecasting, simulations, building strategies to improve business performance
- Analyzing the historical data and provide suitable framework to guide the collection team.
- Analyze data to identify emerging customer trends - Strengthen relationships with existing analytics partners to continue to leverage capabilities
- Identifying areas of weaknesses, recommending solutions and supporting the collection team to achieve targets
- Scan environment and be up to date on emerging trends globally on collection analytics and build use cases
- Analyze current environment & collection trends and provide improvement solutions
- Collaborate with collection team to understand requirement and come up with solutions to their requirements
- Effective communication with stakeholders teams, Business partners, IT partners and Senior Management
- Formulate strategies and plan deliverables to deliver on the operational goals for the function and the team
- Score model at regular intervals and share strategies with the stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct
- Should be able to work on Python, Data Lake, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (Is a Plus)
- Ability to work under pressure without compromising quality and accuracy
