Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Accounting Manager located in Hyderabad. The Deputy Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial statements, preparing and analyzing journal entries, preparing payroll sheets, managing fixed assets, maintaining fixed assets and other financial registers, GST, TDS, and Advance Tax reporting and compliance, Financial compliances with applicable labour laws (eg. PF), Preparing and maintaining MIS, trackers, financial reports, and budgets as required by management from time to time, assisting in statutory and internal audits, and supporting overall financial operations. They shall also be responsible for supervising Accountants in the organization. The role includes assisting the management in financial planning and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, as well as contributing to process improvements within the finance department.

Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of experience with at least a third of the work experience in senior accounting roles, preferably in the Aesthetics/Hospital sector
  • Proficiency in preparing accurate and timely Financial Statements
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial trends and data
  • Expertise in processing Journal Entries and maintaining accurate accounting records
  • Experience in Finance management and budgeting
  • Knowledge of Fixed Assets management and accounting
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in accounting software and financial tools, preferably in Tally and MS Office
  • Ability to do deep financial analysis covering aspects like profitability, cost benefit analysis and prepare reports and presentations for management detailing the same
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional certifications in finance are highly desirable
  • Proven experience in a similar accounting or finance management role
