About Position
We are seeking an experienced Release & Change Coordinator to manage and govern enterprise-level change and release processes in large-scale transformation and migration programs. The role focuses on ensuring seamless coordination of releases, minimizing risk, and maintaining stability across production environments.

What You'll Do
- Govern and manage end-to-end change management processes aligned with ITIL best practices
- Plan and coordinate release schedules across multiple migration waves and environments
- Facilitate and manage Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, ensuring proper review, approvals, and documentation
- Perform impact assessment, dependency mapping, and downtime planning for releases
- Ensure adherence to production deployment governance, release standards, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and business teams for release readiness and execution
- Develop and maintain release calendars, deployment plans, and communication frameworks
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with changes and releases, including rollback strategies
- Monitor release execution and post-deployment validation, ensuring stability and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate change records, audit trails, and reporting dashboards
Expertise You'll Bring
- Strong experience in enterprise change and release management (ITIL aligned)
- Proven experience in coordinating releases across complex, multi-application environments
- Hands-on experience managing CAB processes and approvals
- Strong understanding of dependency management and environment coordination
- Experience in production deployments, governance, and release controls
- Familiarity with infrastructure and application release cycles
- Experience in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and rollback strategies
- Proficiency with change and release management tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.)
- Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills
- ITIL Certification (Foundation or higher)
- Experience in cloud migration or transformation programs
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of automation tools for release orchestration
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and governance discipline
- Ability to manage high-risk, time-critical releases
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
