Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

As a Deployment Lead, a typical day involves orchestrating the detailed execution of a deployment plan that encompasses work planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. The role requires close collaboration with various project teams to manage dependencies and ensure all deployment activities are aligned. Monitoring progress and controlling the deployment plan are key daily tasks, alongside facilitating training sessions and pilot programs to support a smooth rollout. This position demands proactive coordination and oversight to drive the deployment process efficiently and effectively across multiple teams.

- Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of deployment activities.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
