Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

As a Deployment Lead, a typical day involves orchestrating the detailed execution of a deployment strategy that encompasses planning work schedules, managing budgets, and tracking key performance indicators. The role requires coordinating training sessions and pilot programs while ensuring that all resources are effectively allocated. Collaboration with various project teams is essential to align deployment activities, manage dependencies, and maintain oversight of progress to achieve successful implementation outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of deployment schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to promote transparency and resolve conflicts.
• Monitor deployment metrics and adjust plans proactively to address any deviations.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Concur.
• Strong knowledge of deployment methodologies and project management principles related to SAP Concur implementations.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex project interdependencies.
• Ability to analyze deployment metrics and generate actionable insights to improve processes.
• Skilled in resource planning and budget management within large-scale technology projects.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
