Roles & Responsibilities
Providing Remote Support for hardware installation and software setup activities to the on-site team.
L1 RCA for site issues.
Data and Logs collection and documentation for site issues.
Coordination with the design and software team for site issue resolution.
Coordination with the project team for the project plan updates.
May have to travel to the site for on-ground coordination with the team and customer.
Requirements
Knowledge of mechanical assemblies
Experience with Electrical wiring and troubleshooting
Good written and verbal Communication.

Knowledge of Linux
Eligible Candidates
Desired Qualification: BE/Btech
Work Experience: 0-1 years of experience
