Job Description
ComplyDP is an AI-native compliance platform for India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act. We find personal data across an organisation's systems: databases, file shares, cloud accounts and endpoints. Then we map it to the obligations the law imposes. Our customers include regulated financial services groups, and our software runs inside their environments, on-premise or in their own cloud accounts. Their data never leaves.
The role
You will own getting ComplyDP running inside customer environments. That means planning the install with the customer's IT and security teams, deploying our stack in their data centre or their Azure/AWS tenancy, getting it through their security review, and keeping it healthy after go-live. You'll be the person a bank's infra team works with day to day, so you need to be calm, precise and credible in that room.
What you'll do
- Deploy and upgrade ComplyDP on customer infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes, including air-gapped and restricted-network setups
- Work through firewall rules, proxies, service accounts, certificates and access approvals with customer IT, network and InfoSec teams
- Deploy into customer-owned cloud accounts (Azure first, AWS a plus)
- Write and maintain install runbooks, pre-deployment checklists and architecture notes that customer security teams will review
- Troubleshoot issues across Linux, networking, storage and databases. Stay with the issue until it's fixed.
- Feed what you learn back to engineering so every deployment gets easier than the last
- Travel to customer sites in Mumbai and Delhi when a deployment needs it
What we're looking for
- 3–6 years in implementation, deployment, DevOps or solutions engineering, ideally shipping software into enterprise or BFSI environments
- Strong hands-on Linux, Docker and Kubernetes (Helm, ingress, storage, troubleshooting live clusters)
- Solid networking fundamentals: DNS, TLS, proxies, firewalls, VPNs
- Comfort with at least one cloud platform; Azure preferred
- Scripting in Bash or Python
- Clear written communication. Your runbooks will be read by bank security teams.
- Bonus: experience with enterprise security reviews, Windows Server/AD environments, or database administration (Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL)
Details
- Full-time, permanent · Bengaluru · 12–22 LPA fixed
