Role Description
The Department Manager role at SIDDHANTA MEGA MART is a full-time, on-site position located in Chhapra. The Department Manager will oversee daily operations within their assigned department, manage inventory, ensure merchandise is well-displayed, and provide excellent customer service. They will also lead and motivate the team, maintain sales targets, ensure compliance with store policies, and address customer inquiries to enhance the shopping experience.

- Experience in inventory management, store operations, and retail display arrangement
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational techniques
- Ability to meet sales targets, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and resolve workplace challenges
- Prior experience in retail or a similar industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is a plus
