Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Supervise sales floor staff to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular stock takes to maintain accurate inventory levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all aspects of store operations.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., HR, Marketing) to drive business growth.
