What You Will Own
- Sales performance of the assigned department
- Team supervision (sales associates within the department)
- Customer engagement and assisted selling for high-value products
- Visual merchandising of the department as per guidelines
- Stock availability, replenishment, and inventory accuracy
- Department-level reporting and performance tracking

- Achieve department-wise sales targets
- Improve conversion %, ATV, and category contribution
- Ensure high product availability and minimal stock-outs
- Maintain VM standards and attractive product displays
- Deliver excellent customer experience and increase repeat customers
