Medical & Occupational Health Services administration
- Plan & prepare budgets and capital requirements for medical and occupational health central
- Planning and organizing periodical medical examinations for employees as per the Factories Act
- Studying the requirement, ordering and procuring medicines
- Periodic quality assurance employee health service and take preventive measures
- Document findings in a systematic manner on a problem oriented medical record.
- Maintain the privacy of the patient and the confidentiality of the medical record
- Accurately assess employees present for treatment and initiate appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic measures according to protocol.
Cost optimization
- Monitoring and controlling the budget and capital requirement so as to optimize costs.
- Procuring medicines under rate contract directly from manufacturers
- Analyzing the consumption patterns so as to reduce inventory
Health Awareness / Wellness programs
- Developing and implementing a wellness program for the employees
- Planning, organizing various health programs like screening camps, workshops, exhibitions, free consultation camps, counseling e.t.c
- Identifying trends of problems
- Organizing early detection camps for employees
- Attend to patients for curative and preventive treatments
- Maintaining health registers and records
- Arrange visits of specialists to create awareness among employees on preventive measures to be taken
Handling emergencies as and when the need arises.
Training & Development
- Training employees through sessions by specialists and doctors on healthy lifestyle
- Sharing latest developments in the field of medicine
- Crisis and first aid management through Group discussion, presentations, and demos.
- Training and health education to all employees and their families.
- Group Discussions and regular interactions with the employees to enhance medical knowledge
