Company Description Summirow Dental is a specialist-led dental clinic in Vesu, Surat, focused on helping adults and families make confident dental decisions through clear diagnosis and ethical treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine patients, diagnose dental conditions, and prepare appropriate treatment plans.
- Perform general dental procedures within clinical competency.
- Explain diagnosis, treatment options, costs, and post-treatment instructions clearly to patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, consent forms, photographs, X-rays, and required documentation.
- Follow infection-control, sterilization, biomedical waste, patient-safety, and NABH protocols.
- Coordinate effectively with specialists, dental assistants, reception, and patient coordinators.
- Ensure proper follow-up of ongoing and incomplete treatment cases.
- Maintain professional behaviour, punctuality, discipline, and ethical clinical practice.
- Participate in clinical meetings, training, audits, and continuous learning activities.
- Support a positive patient experience and maintain Summirow Dental's quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
- BDS / MDS from a recognized institution.
- Valid Dental Council registration.
- Good clinical knowledge and patient-handling skills.
- Strong communication and treatment-explanation ability.
- Professional appearance, ethical behaviour, and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary dental team.
- Freshers with strong clinical fundamentals may also be considered.
