Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mira road for a Dental Training Specialist. The responsibilities include designing and delivering training programs, providing instructional guidance, and supporting dental professionals to enhance their skills. The role involves developing and implementing training strategies, conducting workshops, and ensuring that staff and clients are well-equipped to use the company's products effectively. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining clear communication will also be essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Training & Development, Training, and Instructional Design
• Effective Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service and understanding client needs
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in an on-site environment
• Previous experience in the dental industry or knowledge of dental products is a plus
• BDS Degree mandatory.
