Your V Care is growing and committed to providing quality, ethical, and patient-centric care. We have 10 branches and aiming for 100 branches till 2028. We are looking for experienced doctors for these locations- Nalasopara and Virar and looking for skilled, passionate dentists to join our team.

Role Overview  

We are hiring experienced Dental Surgeons / Associate Dentists to perform all general dentistry procedures and manage patients independently. The ideal candidate should be clinically sound, empathetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced multi-chair setup.

Key Responsibilities  

• Perform comprehensive diagnosis, treatment planning, and all general dentistry procedures including RCT, extractions, restorations, scaling, crowns & bridges, complete & partial dentures  
• Manage patient consultations, follow-ups, and post-operative care  
• Maintain detailed clinical records and ensure compliance with clinic protocols  
• Counsel patients on treatment options and preventive oral care  
• Coordinate with specialists for multi-disciplinary cases when required  
• Achieve daily OPD and treatment targets while maintaining quality care  

Requirements  

• BDS / MDS from a recognized university with valid state dental council registration  
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred  
• Proficient in RCT, extractions, restorative and prosthetic work  
• Willingness to work at Nalasopara & Virar locations; flexibility for multiple branches  
• Freshers with strong clinical skills may also apply
