This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dental Receptionist located in Mumbai. The Dental Receptionist will manage appointment scheduling, answer phone calls professionally, and provide friendly customer service to patients. Responsibilities also include maintaining the reception area, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting patient needs to ensure a positive experience. The candidate will interact with the dental team to coordinate patient care within a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and experience handling Dental Care administration
• Strong Phone Etiquette and exceptional Communication skills
• Experience in Receptionist Duties, including managing a front desk and administrative tasks
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and create a friendly environment for patients
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with dental practice management software is a plus
