Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced FEMALE Receptionist at My Smile Dental Clinic located in Mumbai. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, and maintaining front desk operations. The role will also involve ensuring an organised and welcoming environment while providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
• Experience with appointment scheduling and calendar management tools.
• Capability in maintaining organised records and providing basic administrative support.
• Proficiency in using office software applications such as MS Office or similar tools for data management and analytics.
• A friendly and patient-focused demeanour with excellent customer service skills.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or dental clinic setting is beneficial.
• Managing accounting and billing of the clinic.
