Role Description
We are seeking a Dental RCM Account Receivable & Payment Posting professional to join our team. This is a full-time on-site position located in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibilities include managing accounts receivable processes, overseeing payment postings, and ensuring accurate and timely updates to patient accounts. Additional tasks include collaborating with team members to streamline workflows, addressing billing discrepancies, and maintaining compliance with dental billing regulations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Dental and Dentistry practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to account receivable and payment processing
- Proficiency with relevant software and tools for payment posting and billing
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Prior experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a must
