Job Title:Dental Lab Technician
Location:Mumbai (In-clinic Dental Lab Setup)
About Us:We are a well-established dental practice expanding into an in-house dental laboratory to improve quality, turnaround time, and precision. This setup will work closely with our clinical team and focus on both analog and digital workflows.
Role Overview:We are hiring Dental Lab Technicians across experience levels to be part of a growing in-house lab. The role involves working on crowns, bridges, restorations, and digital workflows depending on experience and skill level.
Key Responsibilities:- Model preparation, die work, articulation
- Fabrication of crowns, bridges, and basic prosthetics
- Wax-ups and finishing of restorations
- Handling zirconia / PFM cases (as per experience)
- Ceramic layering and finishing (for senior roles)
- CAD design (Exocad/3Shape – for digital roles)
- Maintain quality standards and turnaround timelines
- Coordinate closely with doctors for case planning
Experience Requirements:- Junior Technician:
- 0–2 years experience
- Basic lab work, willingness to learn
- Mid-Level Technician:
- 2–5 years experience
- Independent handling of routine cases
- Senior Technician:
- 5+ years experience
- Expertise in ceramics / zirconia / advanced cases / digital workflows
Skills Required:- Understanding of dental lab procedures and materials
- Attention to detail and finishing quality
- Basic to advanced knowledge of crown & bridge work
- CAD/CAM knowledge (preferred, not mandatory for all roles)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
Salary:₹15,000 – ₹50,000/month (based on experience & skill level)
