Job Title: Compliance Auditor (Dental)

About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Dentist to join our team as a Compliance Auditor, overseeing compliance across our UK-based dental practices. This role is critical in ensuring all practice and staff documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory standards. Candidates with knowledge of CQC (Care Quality Commission) requirements will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit and oversee compliance of practice paperwork and staff records for UK dental practices.
- Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards and is updated in line with company policies.
- Monitor, review, and report on compliance gaps, providing clear recommendations for improvements.
- Support practice managers and teams in achieving and maintaining full compliance.
- Stay updated with CQC compliance requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement corrective action plans where necessary.
Requirements
- Qualified Dentist (BDS or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of dental practice operations and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with CQC requirements highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills for working with both clinical and administrative staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple compliance reviews.
