Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dental Assistant located in the Pune District. The Dental Assistant will be responsible for supporting the dentist during dental procedures, providing oral care assistance to patients, and ensuring that dental instruments are properly sterilized. Duties also include organizing patient records, preparing treatment rooms, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices. The role requires an attentive and compassionate individual who thrives in a collaborative healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Skills in Dental Care and Oral Care to effectively support patients during procedures and provide education on hygiene practices.
• Foundational knowledge and practical experience in Dentistry and Dental Assisting to ensure smooth workflow in the dental office.
• Proficiency in Sterilization techniques to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and ensure patient comfort during visits.
• Ability to stay organized and manage patient records efficiently.
• Completion of a certified Dental Assistant program or relevant qualification is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in a dental care setting is an advantage but not required.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards in patient care and adhering to safety regulations.
