About the candidate

The Dental Application Engineer (AE) – TrueDent is a critical customer-facing technical role responsible for ensuring the successful adoption, clinical performance, and scalable use of the TrueDent™ digital denture solution. The role bridges dental laboratory expertise and industrial 3D printing, supporting customers with application training, workflow optimization, and hands-on guidance across the full digital denture workflow.

What You Will Do:

Application & Workflow Support

- Serve as the primary technical application expert for TrueDent customers and partners

- Guide customers on design rules, print settings, nesting, and digital denture best practices

- Support CAD design, GrabCAD Print preparation, printing, post-processing, polishing, and QC

Customer Training & Onboarding

- Deliver hands-on training during and after installation

- Support first prints, shade tabs, and adherence to IFUs

- Conduct structured post-installation follow-ups

Partner & Reseller Enablement

- Train and certify reseller application engineers

- Support webinars and recurring training sessions

Pre-Sales & Technical Support

- Support demos, evaluations, and proof-of-concepts

- Act as technical authority for denture production workflows

What We Are Looking For:

- Former dental technician or equivalent dental lab experience 5+ years

- Experience with digital dentures and CAD software (exocad / 3Shape)

- Hands-on experience with dental 3D printing strongly required

- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
