The hotel features 269 spacious rooms and suites with panoramic views of the backwaters and the city.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Demi Chef De Partie (South Indian) role based at Crowne Plaza Kochi. The Demi Chef De Partie will support the South Indian kitchen section, preparing and cooking high-quality South Indian dishes in line with brand standards and guest expectations. Responsibilities include assisting in menu execution, maintaining mise en place, ensuring consistent taste and presentation, and following standard recipes. The role involves monitoring food quality and portion control, managing storage and labeling, and minimizing wastage in line with cost and hygiene standards. The Demi Chef De Partie will also help guide junior team members, coordinate with other kitchen sections during busy service periods, and ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and occupational health and safety guidelines.
