This is a full-time, on-site role for a Demi Chef De Partie based in Hyderabad. The Demi Chef De Partie will assist in food preparation, cooking, and the presentation of dishes. Responsibilities include maintaining kitchen operations, adhering to health and safety standards, assisting in menu planning, and ensuring the quality and consistency of food served. The role involves supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with day-to-day culinary tasks and contributing to the overall dining experience.

• Culinary skills including food preparation, cooking techniques, and knowledge of various cuisines
• Understanding of health and safety regulations, hygiene standards, and sanitation procedures in a kitchen environment
• Experience in menu planning, portion control, and maintaining food quality and consistency
• Teamwork, time management, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment
• Formal culinary training or relevant certifications are preferred but not mandatory
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a similar position or relevant role is an advantage
