Demi Chef De Partie

As a DCDP at Courtside, you will support the kitchen in preparing high-quality dishes while developing your skills under senior chefs.

You'll be responsible for

• Preparing ingredients and dishes for service.
• Maintaining portion and quality control.
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization in work areas.
• Assisting CDPs and Sous Chefs with daily operations.

You need

• Degree/diploma in culinary/hospitality.
• 12 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to learn
