Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune District for a Demi Chef De Partie( Tandoor). The Demi Chef De Partie will assist in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating dishes according to the set menu standards. Responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and organized workstation, monitoring food storage and inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. The role also involves collaborating with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new recipes and contributing to the overall culinary excellence of the establishment.
Qualifications
- Strong culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation
- Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety compliance
- Teamwork and collaboration skills to effectively work with kitchen staff and leadership
- Time management and multitasking skills to deliver high-quality dishes under pressure
- Experience with menu development and creating innovative recipes is an advantage
- Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in a similar culinary role is an advantage
- Passion for culinary arts and maintaining the highest standard of service
