We're Hiring: Demi Chef de Partie - Continental Cuisine

Our Food & Beverages team is looking for a passionate and dedicated Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen operations.

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your section

• Monitor stock movement and minimize kitchen wastage

• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations

• Support the Chef de Partie and Executive Chef in menu execution

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in your assigned area

• Assist the kitchen team during busy service periods

Salary - 35,000 in hand

• Diploma in Hotel Management

• Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience

• Strong time management and efficiency

• Creative, consistent, and team-oriented

• Ability to work in hot, fast-paced kitchen environments

Working Location: Cinema kitchen operations
