Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Demi Chef de Partie specializing in Continental cuisine for a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will assist in food preparation and cooking, ensure consistent food quality, and maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation. You will collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus, manage stock, and contribute to an exceptional dining experience. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations is an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on expertise in preparing and presenting Continental cuisine with innovative recipes and high-quality standards
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and portion sizing
- Proficiency in food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices in compliance with safety regulations
- Ability to supervise and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen workflows
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Formal culinary training or a diploma/degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
