Reporting To: Sous Chef

Job Summary:

The DCDP is responsible for the autonomous operation of a specific station. For this setup, they often would have to manage the Pass, serving as the critical link between the kitchen and the FOH team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Station Ownership: Execute all prep and cooking tasks for the assigned station with speed and consistency.
  • Quality Control: Ensure every dish leaving the station meets the Head Chef's standards before being presented at the Pass.
  • Stock Management: Monitor and replenish stock levels on the station throughout service and communicate shortages effectively.
  • Hygiene: Maintain immaculate cleanliness and organization of the station throughout the shift.

Specific Focus :

  • High proficiency in quick, aesthetic plating for all dishes going out of the kitchen.
  • Ensuring Consistency in production as well as Final plates

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 4-6 years relevant experience. Last position Commis 1 or DCDP.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during peak periods.
