Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Demat Opening Executive located in Indore. The Demat Opening Executive will be responsible for processing Demat account applications, verifying documents, assisting clients with the account opening process, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate records and providing support to the operations team to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with Demat account processes and document verification
• Customer service and communication skills
• Tele-calling and opening Demat Account
• Fund Adding/Margin Allocation in Demat Account.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial software tools
• Knowledge of stock market operations and financial regulations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
