• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methods, and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow SPM.

• AI mindset with curiosity about how AI and intelligent automation are reshaping HR services, along with the ability to adapt AI solutions for day-to-day work.

• Comfort using AI tools for analysis, drafting, and ideation, with openness to evaluating AI-enabled solutions based on outcomes and responsible-AI considerations.

• Excellent consulting and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discovery and prioritization conversations across geographies.

• Ability to prioritize and evaluate business cases in line with global governance frameworks while remaining sensitive to local context.

• Structured, solution-oriented way of working in matrix and multi-stakeholder environments.

• Very good English skills at business-negotiation level, as English will be the working language for international stakeholder engagement.

• Confident stakeholder management capabilities across cultures, levels, and time zones.

• Strong affinity for HR and/or digital transformation topics.

• Strategic mindset with conceptual strength.

Educational Qualifications:

• Completed university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or a related discipline.

• Additional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, PSM, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, or HRSD Implementation Specialist would be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

• Prior experience in an automotive, manufacturing, or large GCC/GBS environment.

• Experience working in global or multi-country HR IT transformation projects.

• Exposure to ServiceNow SPM, Jira, Azure DevOps, Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models.

• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or HRSD Implementation Specialist are advantageous.

• Experience in managing international stakeholders across geographies, cultures, levels, and time zones.

• Ability to synthesize varied multi-market inputs into clear and actionable demand specifications.

• Passion and motivation to actively drive HR transformation.

• High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently across time zones.

• Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities.
