Job Description

Lead and manage the end-to-end demand planning process to develop accurate sales forecasts across product lines and regions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate input for demand forecasts, including historical data, market trends, and promotional activity
Analyze forecast accuracy and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve forecast reliability
Facilitate regular demand review meetings as part of the S&OP process to align supply and demand plans
Use statistical models and forecasting tools to support short-term and long-term planning
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply planning to optimize stock availability and minimize excess or obsolete inventory
Provide insights to senior management on demand trends, changes, and performance metrics
Develop KPIs to track forecast performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the demand planning function
