Job Description – Demand Planning
- Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to ensure forecast accuracy and business continuity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Management, Sales, Business Development, Quality Assurance, Strategic Alliance, and Procurement teams to align demand forecasts with product availability and business requirements.
- Monitor inventory and stock levels regularly and recommend replenishment strategies to prevent stock shortages, excess inventory, and supply disruptions.
- Utilize ERP systems, Power BI, and Advanced Excel for demand tracking, delivery monitoring, reporting, data analysis, and continuous process improvement.
- Support product launch planning activities by aligning demand forecasts with launch timelines, production readiness, and supply chain requirements.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and CMOs/CDMOs to ensure timely production schedules, product availability, and on-time deliveries.
- Assist the Quality Assurance team in supplier onboarding, revalidation activities, stock review, and inventory reconciliation processes.
- Work closely with customer service teams to address supply-related concerns and ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer support.
- Maintain accurate demand planning records, reports, and documentation to support operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within demand planning and supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, forecast accuracy, and operational performance
