Demand Planning Analyst (Junior/Entry/Grad Role)

What You Will Be Doing
Support the development and maintenance of demand forecasts using historical sales data and business inputs from Sales and Marketing teams
Assist in building and maintaining SKU master data and customer data to ensure reliable planning and reporting
Track and analyse key demand drivers including promotions, new product introductions, and product lifecycle changes
Monitor forecast accuracy and inventory levels across markets flag gaps, shortages, or excess risks for review
Prepare regular planning reports and dashboards to support supply chain visibility
Work closely with internal teams to gather market intelligence and translate it into demand signals
Assist in coordinating with supply and logistics teams to ensure stock availability across the region
Support continuous improvement of planning tools, templates, and data processes
What We Are Looking For
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related discipline
Internship or part-time experience in supply chain, planning, or FMCG is an advantage but not required
Strong interest in demand planning, forecasting, and data analytics
Proficient in MS Excel - comfortable working with large datasets, pivot tables, and basic formulas
Exposure to or willingness to learn SAP, Power BI, or similar planning tools
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple tasks
Eager to learn, takes ownership, and does not wait to be told what to do
Comfortable working in a lean, evolving team environment where processes are still being built
