Hitachi Energy is currently looking for an Order Management Specialist for the High Voltage Business to join their team in Savli/Maneja, Vadodara, India. - Co-ordinate with factory to ensure customers deliveries requirements are fulfilled.

- The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Responsible for all the customers orders for the assigned Area from order booking to dispatch and delivery to customer place including export documentation/ invoicing knowledge.
- Customer assistance: Ensures the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.
- Customer requests: Recommends appropriate solution for customer requests, and coordinates with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request (e.g., production capability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoice) is in place.
- Sales & operations Planning: Responsible for sales and operations planning for customers.
- Customer relations: Proactively informs customers about issue status based on inputs and clarifies any questions. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the entire process.
- Data analysis: Prepares and analyzes regular statistics (e.g., forecast) using available tools and collecting relevant information.
- MIS: Responsible for monthly reporting for order & revenue.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
- Bachelors in electrical engineering with 8-10 years of experience
- Experience in Order handling / Order management. Experience in Switchgears industry is added advantage.
- Excellent communications skills. Good hold on English.
- Analytical and problem-solving skill with ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Handled Export order execution.
- Must be familiar with SAP environment.
- Well versed with MS Office
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
