This role is based at our Hetfy Accounting Outsourcing Solutions LLP office, GIFT City, Gandhinagar.
What You'll Do
- Build and refine demand forecast models based on industry trends, sales patterns, and market signals
- Manage product portfolios and ensure optimal inventory levels across multiple marketplace channels
- Conduct regular sales reviews and analysis to identify opportunities and flag risks
- Plan and manage trade promotions, rework deals, and support pricing decisions
- Monitor changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies — and communicate findings clearly to management
- Support risk assessments and propose actionable solutions to improve forecast accuracy
- Oversee inbound and delivery checking to ensure seamless stock flow
What We're Looking For
- Solid understanding of inventory management practices in an eCommerce environment
- Strong mathematical, statistical, and analytical skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data tools (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and stay sharp in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
- Prior exposure to marketplace operations (Amazon, eBay, or similar) is a plus
Work Schedule
- Mon–Fri: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM (April–October) | 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM (November–March)
- Saturday: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Compensation
2.5 – 5 LPA (based on experience and skills)
