Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Demand Manager to support demand shaping, prioritisation, pipeline management, and delivery planning across customer and supplier organisations. The role involves strong stakeholder engagement, governance, capacity planning, and IT service management.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape, manage, and prioritise business demand across supplier teams.
• Manage demand for project services, professional services, and resource requirements.
• Engage with business and customer stakeholders to understand and refine requirements.
• Manage demand pipeline, capacity planning, reporting, and governance.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across customer and supplier teams.
• Apply Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and ITSM practices to demand management.
• Coordinate across onshore/offshore teams and multiple supplier organisations.
• Track demand progress, provide regular reporting, and ensure clear communication.
• Support governance activities and stakeholder meetings, including UK customer engagements.
