Job Description

Proven experience as a Solution Expert or similar role, with a strong focus on firewall and network infrastructure.
In-depth knowledge of network design principles and security best practices.
Experience with various firewall technologies and network devices.
Ability to translate architectural standards into practical deployment designs.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Autonomy and leadership are a must
Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) processes, including incident and problem management.
Understanding of and experience with group IT policies and compliance.
Technologies : Palo alto, Cisco ASA, fortinet
Deployment Support:
Assist Delivery Managers in the deployment of new Demand (DMND) requests.
The role will be to deploy flow matrix respecting group security standards
Ensure compliance with group security standards
Solution Design:
Based on deployment standards defined by architects, design the firewall design and flow matrix to be deployed for remote sites.
Escalate to network architects or security architects any doubt or concern regarding design or implementation or unexpected behaviour
Problem Management Support:
Support the Managed Service Provider (MSP) in the context of problem management concerning firewall topics
Incident Management Support:
Support the Operation Manager in the management of complex incidents concerning firewall topics
Policy Enforcement:
Ensure the proper compliance with GDSD group policies.
