Job Title: Demand Generation Specialist

Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating high-quality leads through cold calling and an in-depth understanding of the Indian market. He / She will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and setting up meetings to drive our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to prospective B2B clients in the IT sector across India to generate new business leads.
Identify and qualify potential clients by understanding their business needs and pain points.
Maintain a high volume of outbound calls daily to meet and exceed lead generation targets.
Develop and implement effective cold calling strategies to maximize lead generation opportunities.
Schedule appointments and meetings between potential clients and our sales team.
Track and manage leads in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Collaborate with the sales teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation and cold calling, preferably in the B2B segment within the IT services & staffing.
Proven track record of generating high-quality leads through cold calling.
Strong understanding of the Indian B2B market and IT industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to lead generation.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
