Demand Generation Specialist

Location: Chennai Experience: 1–5 years Job Type: Full-Time Shift Timing: General Shift Salary: Fixed + Incentives Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and goal-oriented International Outbound Calling Executives to join our team. The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to international clients or prospects, generate leads, explain services/products, and convert prospects into customers or appointments. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential customers across international markets (e.g., GCC, Southeast Asia). • Promote company products/services and generate interest among potential customers. • Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team or close deals directly (as per business model). • Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate and timely information. • Follow up with leads regularly and nurture them for conversion. • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets. • Handle objections professionally and resolve customer queries effectively. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign feedback. Requirements: • Excellent verbal communication skills in English • Skilled in engaging and building rapport with customers across international market • Proven experience in international BPO or outbound sales, or telemarketing preferred. • Strong listening, negotiation, and persuasive skills. • Graduate in any stream (bachelor's preferred).
