Job Location : Hinjewadi, Pune

Position : Demand Generation

Qualification : BE(Civil/Mechanical/Electrical). MBA(Marketing) added advantages.

Responsibilities-

  • Development of Prospect Pipeline through identification and focused research
  • Making outbound (cold/warm) calls to find qualified leads in the assigned region (International market)
  • Cultivate prospects till they become qualified leads.
  • Update Salesforce database with call activities.
  • Follow-up on project-based enquiries, engage in intelligent conversations with respect to the enquiries and get concerned point of contact interested in setting up appointments with the Sales team.
  • Generate qualified leads within target accounts as determined by Sales.

Required Skills/Abilities-

  • 2-4 years experience in Lead Generation, Proven experience in appointment setting.
  • Excellent communication skills - Candidate will be required to deal with prospects from the USA/Europe regions.
  • Strong experience in dealing with prospect for Software Service as well as Product.
  • Strong experience with cold calling in US or European regions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency with salesforce CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Candidate must be ready to work in international shift timings (1.00 PM 10.00 PM or 3.00 PM 12.00 PM).
