About the role

We're looking for a rockstar Marketing Associate looking to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment, work closely with cross-functional teams, and own email campaigns + demand generation through marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Own email and outreach campaigns
  • Own demand generation of qualified leads through marketing efforts
  • Develop, execute and own our outbound marketing strategy & all marketing activities related to demand generation, including forecasting & budget for the same
  • Identify, measure & improve relevant metrics that assess the effectiveness of all our marketing campaigns including leads, conversions, revenue, etc

Requirements

  • Mandatory-3+ years of relevant Demand Generation Marketing experience in B2B SaaS startups targeted to US Enterprise customers
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads through marketing campaigns & owning all aspects of demand generation
  • Deep knowledge of strategies for different types of integrated marketing campaigns, market trends, marketing channels, etc
  • Stellar research, presentation, content-writing, communication, project & program management skills
  • Good technical proficiency & understanding of complex tech products
  • Proven track record of effective problem solving, and working in a highly collaborative role with cross-functional teams
  • Customer-centric mindset & attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Product, Strategy, etc is required. Master's degree from a Tier 1 institute is preferred.
